Swordless Ninja
Swordless Ninja Instructions
So you are accustomed to the simple control schemes of games like Gateway I, Gateway II, Bowja The Ninja, and DumDum And The Iron Golem? Want something that's a little harder and more action packed than the usual? If that's the case then you should check out this game - Swordless Ninja (although I don't think a Ninja without a sword could be too threatening). For this game, you need to use the arrow keys or the W, A, D, and S buttons to move your character up, down, left, and right. On the other hand, the Z or the K button is for jumping and the X or L buttons are for throwing.
Swordless Ninja Walkthrough
Alright - so what's the story? In this game, you will be playing as Little Ninja Mabushi. You see, everything is fine and dandy. Mabushi is happily living with his girlfriend. And with his precious sword, nothing could stop the sun from shining...a sword that he uses only for maintaining peace. HOWEVER, a dark figure crawled out from the shadow, and that changed everything.
If you are looking for a game with a Super Mario like game play, then Swordless Ninja is a must see for you. Just like in Super Mario, you will be starting out the game with 3 lives. Also, you have basically...nothing, nothing to throw against your opponents. So how do you fight back? Jump over them and in case you need a missile against those flies and dragon flies, pick up one of your opponents you just knocked down and throw it against his peers.
With multiple stages increasing in difficulty, 3 lives definitely won't last long. Worry NOT though as there are coins to collect - coins that will help increase your score. And get this - for every 100 coins you collect, you get an additional life. Along with that, you will also get power ups - 1 ups, shurikens (which is the fire flower counterpart), and those are just to name a few.
Swordless Ninja is a game that you could easily get addicted to especially if you are a huge Super Mario fan (I am back when I was a kid). It's exciting, the control scheme is NOT too easy BUT challenging enough, has an interesting plot - what more can you ask for?
Give Swordless Ninja a shot during your day off from work or school and you will find yourself hooked and entertained...without spending a dime in the process.
