Cuboy Quest Walkthrough

Cuboy Quest is a platforming game that places you in the role of a blocky cowboy. This adventure game features sprite graphics, intuitive controls, and thirty levels.

The objective of Cuboy Quest is to enter the doorway on each level. The initial levels of this adventure game are extremely easy (as in simply walking forward), but the challenge increases as you progress. Failure is an option since you have unlimited lived to complete the game. To manually reset a level, press the R key. Your progress is saved at the end of each level, so you can continue from where you left off the next time that you play.

Cuboy Quest does not have a tutorial or in-game instructions explaining the controls, but they are not too difficult to figure out. The arrow keys (or WASD keys) are used to move. Aim and shoot by using the mouse. When shooting, make sure to compensate for the force of gravity acting on bullets by aiming slightly above your intended target.

Cuboy Quest starts out easy, but the difficulty increases in later levels. Some levels may take multiple tries to complete, but this is alright since you have unlimited lives. Trial-and-error may be helpful for figuring out solutions to puzzles. Veteran puzzle game players may actually find the game to be easy, so if they want an additional challenge, I advise them to try to finish the game using as few bullets as possible. Ricocheting bullets off of other objects may help you to conserve shots. Ricocheting bullets do not harm your character in this adventure game. A running total of how many shots you have taken is displayed in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Cuboy Quest is an excellent combination of platform game and puzzle game. This cowboy game is one that requires a quick wit as well as a quick draw!
